More About Robyn Swift

Robyn is a Partner at Transform Capital. She also oversees the Transform Capital Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Transform Capital. Robyn brings more than 15 years of higher education, health care, and political fundraising experience to the fund. She has been advising startup founders for 5+ years.
 
Prior to Transform Capital, Robyn spent 10+ years with the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, raising funds to support the School's various philanthropic priorities, and building student and alumni programs in entrepreneurship, innovation, and venture capital. From 2014 - 2021, Robyn led West Coast strategic initiatives in the San Francisco Bay Area for UVA Darden's Batten Institute for Technology & Innovation, creating new and innovative programs and courses to further education for student founders and forge deeper relationships with the broader UVA founder and investor community.
 
Prior to UVA Darden, Robyn spent several years in Washington, D.C., first in corporate fundraising and events for the National MS Society, and later in political fundraising for U.S. House and Senate candidates. Throughout her career, Robyn has raised more than $500M for different organizations. Robyn returned to her hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia in 2011 to begin working for UVA, her undergraduate alma mater. 
 
Transform Capital represents the intersection of venture capital and philanthropy in a new, innovative structure that forges partnership and connection between those who strive to do well and ultimately want to also do good with the charitable organizations that serve our communities. 
 
Robyn holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Virginia. She resides in San Francisco, CA.
