Aihui (pronounced i-we) is a General Partner at Transform Capital and she brings more than 20 years of engineering and operating experience.

Prior to joining Transform Capital, she has built, launched, and ran multiple highly successful, technology-based businesses, including one of INC 50 fastest-growing, female-led companies in America, EdgiLife, which successfully exited in 2018. 

EdgiLife was an insights-tech platform that used artificial intelligence to predict consumer trends for CPGs by analyzing consumer insights collected via a subscription box called LoveWithFood. As a solo founder, she built the B2B2C company from the ground up, from writing the initial Ruby on Rails code to raising venture capital and growing sales from zero to multi-million dollars in revenues.

With her unique blend of professional career and startup endeavor, Aihui has deep experience leading teams, building products, scaling businesses, and implementation of strategies and solutions leveraging data and technology across Fortune 500 companies and startups.

Aihui is passionate about helping the next generation of founders, especially underrepresented founders. She’s an advisor to several startups where she coaches founders to transition to CEOs and she is a mentor at 500 Global and Techstars. Aihui is also a partner at XFactor Ventures - an early-stage fund created by female founders funding the next generation of women-led startups. 

Aihui holds a BSc. in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a MBA from Warwick Business School in the U.K.
