Giving back is in the DNA of our fund. We donate 50% of partners’ profits to philanthropic causes our portfolio founders and LPs care about.

Our foundation distributes philanthropic funds to charitable organizations at the direction of Transform Capital’s investors and portfolio founders - at no cost to them. Unique to our business, our investors and portfolio founders may direct donations to one of Transform Capital Foundation’s strategic partners, or the cause of their choice.
